At TRADEWINDS LGBTQ+ Academy, we hope to ensure that members of our community is supported to gain skills and focused education to not only compete in the market (as an employee, consultant, or entrepreneurs) but also to thrive in a successful career that is financially stable and long lasting.

Too often our community has decidedly abandoned creating strong cohesive alliances that can fortify our place in society. We have become scattered and an easy target for oppressive individuals, even in our own community. We hope to help our members from all walks of life to find commonality, respect, compassion and above all else, LOVE for one another.

Join us to change how we live as one community together for our own survival currently and to thrive moving forward in all aspect of live, liberty and the pursuit of our individual and collective happiness.
